OK sweaters, long shipping times and terrible return/refund process.
I purchased one of their "ugly sweaters" as a gift for a friend; I ordered a size Medium. I received the sweater 11 days later but while the tag reads size Medium, the sweater fits like a size Large. The pattern and colors are good, the fabric is OK; it feels more like a thick tee than a sweater. Their customer support said they could send a smaller size but it would take 12-15 working days to get it ready, then ship. They advised against returning the sweater as return shipping fees could go up to US$40; instead, they offered 10% off for the troubles; after more talks they offered 30% off. I gave up and accepted the discount in the end. I wouldn't recommend this company to a friend.
