DAY 139
DAY 139 – STILL NO REFUND. STILL NO ANSWERS.
Booking No: CSG-6372061
🚨 139 DAYS LATER – NOTHING HAS CHANGED. 🚨
This is a follow-up to my last post on Day 125.
It has now been 139 days since my flight was cancelled — and I have still received no refund, no update, and no accountability.
Your 48-hour response promise? Still a lie.
Your commitment to customer care? Nonexistent.
This isn’t just bad service — this is deliberate and dishonest.
You are not processing refunds.
You are delaying and deflecting, hoping we give up.
You are withholding money that doesn’t belong to you.
Let’s call it what it is: This is theft.
To anyone reading this:
STAY AWAY.
They are not here to help.
They are here to take your money and disappear.
I will continue posting until justice is done.
If you want to reply, feel free to email me at jkr500500 (at) gmail.com — if you’re finally ready to take responsibility.

DAY 125th - STILL NO REFUND!
🚨 125 DAYS LATER – STILL NO REFUND. STILL NO SHAME. 🚨
Booking No: CSG-6372061
This is a follow-up to my original post from 28 March 2025. It has now been 125 days since my flight was cancelled — and I have received nothing. No refund. No real update. Just the same empty lies.
They said they would get back to me within 48 hours. That promise meant nothing.
Just like the dozens of others they’ve made and broken.
They are not working on your refund.
They are stalling, hoping you get tired and go away.
They are keeping your money — plain and simple.
This is not a delay. This is not poor service.
This is theft.
I will keep posting. I will not stay quiet.
To anyone reading this — DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
You are not dealing with a travel service — you are dealing with scammers.

🚨 SCAM ALERT
🚨 SCAM ALERT – DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE THIEVES! 🚨
Booking No: CSG-6372061
Refer to my previous post on 28 March 2025 — where they PROMISED to contact me within 48 hours. Guess what? That was a damn lie. No one followed up. No refund. No accountability. Just more silence while they keep my money.
This company is a disgrace. They have no intention of refunding — they’re just stringing customers along with fake promises, hoping we give up. They are not processing your refund — they are keeping your money.
I will not shut up. I will keep posting, every single day, until they give me what they owe. And if you're thinking about booking with them — DON’T. You’re handing your money to crooks.
Fraudsters. Liars. Thieves. Stay far away.
You will see, they will reply to this post with another generic reply that they will contact me within 48 hours.

CheapTickets.sg Is a Scam – They Will STEAL Your Money!
🚨 DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS! 🚨
Booking No: CSG-6372061
It has been over THREE FREAKING MONTHS, and these clowns at CheapTickets.sg STILL REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY! This company is a complete scam, and they have ZERO INTENTION of returning what is rightfully mine.
🔴 How They Screw Over Their Customers:
6 Dec 2024: Airline rescheduled my flight by more than 12 hours, making me eligible for a refund per airline policy.
13 Dec 2024: Their useless live chat team confirmed that I would get my refund within 10-12 weeks (by 7 March 2025).
4 March 2025: Checked with them—same copy-paste excuse: "Still waiting for the airline refund." But guess what? I contacted the airline directly, and they confirmed that CheapTickets.sg already received the refund on 20 Jan 2025! They even gave me the refund transaction number.
28 March 2025: Contacted CheapTickets AGAIN. First reply? SAME DAMN SCRIPT: "Still waiting for the airline refund." This must be their go-to lie to get customers off their backs. After pushing them, they pretended to escalate it and told me to wait another 48 hours—just another stalling tactic.
CheapTickets.sg = THEFT.
They took my money, got refunded by the airline, and are now REFUSING to return it. This company is a shameless scam operation that preys on customers.
📢 I will post 1-star reviews EVERY SINGLE DAY until they return my money. If you book with them, pray nothing goes wrong—because if it does, your money is GONE.
🔥 CHEAPTICKETS.SG = FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 🔥

6th review - 1/3/2025, After almost a month, there's still no word from them. A simple refund request, and they drag their feet like this. It's obvious their SOP is designed to dodge refunds because canceling tickets cuts into their precious profits. This is beyond disgraceful—an insult to anyone who dares to trust them. They're worse than scum.

My experience with Cheaptickets.sg has been nothing short of infuriating and downright suspicious. Every time I contacted their live chat or email about the status of my refund for a rescheduled flight, they gave me the same lame excuse: "We are still checking with the airline." What exactly is there to check that takes over a week? This was a legitimate reschedule by the airline with no disputes involved.
When I reached out to Jetstar directly via live chat, they confirmed that the refund could be processed immediately. Even as an individual, I could have handled it on my own if not for their policy requiring the refund to go through Cheaptickets.sg, the original payment method. Yet, a supposedly professional, registered company like Cheaptickets.sg couldn’t manage to do this simple task? Instead, they kept stalling, and here I am, more than a week later, with the refund still pending.
I highly suspect that they aren’t even checking with the airline and are purposely dragging this matter in the hopes that I’ll eventually give up and let it go. Well, mark my words: I will not let this slide. I will pursue every possible avenue to recover my money.
This experience is a clear red flag and feels like a scam. Save yourself the frustration and avoid booking through Cheaptickets.sg at all costs. They lack professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

5th review - 24/12/2024, As expected, no news and no updates. It's utterly pathetic that asking for a simple refund and dealing with the airline drags on endlessly. Disgraceful, infuriating, and a complete display of incompetence.

4th review - 19/12/2024, Customer service claimed they were waiting for the airline's response about my refund. But when I contacted the airline, they said no refund claim was ever raised by the third-party agent, Cheaptickets.sg. This company is blatantly lying again—an absolute scam!
