Customer Service is Everything...
After purchasing a product from Acmejoy, I had a couple questions about the operation of the product and requested Acmejoy's customer service. These days, customer service is everything - does a company respond, does it respond quickly with a Cooperative attitude, and does a company reach a resolution that is acceptable and fair? In these areas, Acmejoy excelled. My initial inquiry was addressed within one day. I received prompt and considerate responses from Annie Taylor in customer service and she guided our communications to a resolution that left me feeling respected and valued as a customer. I will definitely continue to purchase products from Acmejoy.
