Excellent customer experience! Hey, when you drop a $1000.00 bucks plus on a turn table cartridge, you want to make sure it will work. Sent an email to WWS for what i was looking for. Ira responded saying give me sometime to look into this one. He went to the manufacture (Ortofon) and got all the behind the door specs.He even copied there response so i can see exactly the adjustments i need to do to my tone arm. Ira thank you for taking the extra steps so i receive exactly what i needed!
