They’re a joke
They’re a joke. I didn’t like the wig and just received. I emailed and they refused to give me the return shipping address even though the site clearly stated returns accepted within 30 days for unused; unworn hair in original packaging. The person responding to email gives no name, title, or phone number so there’s no recourse. As a consumer I feel lied to and money stolen, because per their policy I should’ve been able to return. Extremely unprofessional
