I had reserved an onboard ticket from Manila to Los Angeles
I had reserved an onboard ticket from Loas Angeles to Manila. BUT, I was supposed to make it from Manila to Los Angeles instead. I emailed them, and they made arrangements for me to be able to change, reverse, the origin and departure cities, without any issues. The support team handled it professionally, and in a timely and polite manner. Kudos to them. I would highly recommend the Onboardticket website for you onbaord ticket needs, because if you do have any issues, they are Johnny on the spot to find it, correct it, and make it right, which is a big load off the consumer.
