August 26 Outstanding, Patient Customer Care for My Birthday Trip!
August 26, 2026 I called Monster Reservations with some serious hesitations about my upcoming birthday trip to Sedona, Arizona after seeing a 3.5-star rating online. Montague answered my call and completely put my mind at ease. He stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes, patiently walking me through the resort’s features and reassuring me that all the specific amenities I was looking for were right there. He even took the time to explore alternative options with me just to make sure I felt 100% confident in my choices. He was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and never rushed me. Thanks to Montague, I hung up feeling genuinely excited for my birthday weekend! He also took care of my billing issue with my initial call also was initiated because I was billed $169 for a trip that I did not book with no negative feedback!
