Horrible Company
The wig I received looks nothing like the pictures or what was shown in the reviews. Instead of 99J, it was a bright red. The company tried to make it seem like the issue was my fault, even though they couldn’t deliver the same color as shown on the model. If they can’t provide the same wig, why advertise it with these photos and videos? They refused to refund my money and sent me discount codes that didn’t even work. I wouldn’t recommend ordering a colored wig from this company—it won’t match the pictures, you won’t get your money back despite their policy, and the discount codes are useless. I would not trust the reviews on their page; they only post the good ones. Plus, I think the wigs that have pictures are from social media influencers who are getting paid. Overall, terrible customer service.
