Utter joke/sham of a company and process. DON'T PURCHASE!
I'll join the litany of other complains regarding returns. My mother ordered 2 pair of the exact same shoe but different colors. The package arrived with the 2 pair but one pair was a completely different style/model than the first and the incorrect size. My mother kept one pair and I tried to return the other for a refund and included pictures of the two different set of shoes. I originally emailed Orthoture but it looks like they opened a "ticket" or something with the factory/shipping provider. As stated with all the other complaints below I got the run around (great gift for a family member!, I was told or we can provide 20% refund on the shoes but no more). Finally was told that I could return the shoes but at my expense. I emailed Orthoture again to let them know what a joke the process was and included my email chain with the "helpful" representative on the other end. Of course I never heard from them again. STAY AWAY!
