AirAsia online is amongst the worst in the aviation business. Errors, often related to systems breakdowns. Scam-like refunds that seldom are refunded. A rudimentary Boo online assistant that AirAsia calls AI (seriously?). Their Facebook appears not to be managed by anyone and is plagued with scammers pretending to be AirAsia agents. The ground and air service is actually ok but they are massively hit by everything online that is substandard. Time to move on. Thai Lion Air and others have a far better online system.
