I purchased the IT Course after doing Tech Sales & Data Analytics, mini courses. I wanted to see which one would be a better career change for me. I have a background in Healthcare and just needed a change. However, I enjoyed the hands on labs and videos. I felt it was very informative. I also appreciated the quizzes after each section before getting to the labs. This course is about retention, rather memorization which is also good if you want to be an SME(subject matter expert) in your perspective field. I also took a cybersecurity course before this one and I feel like I have a better understanding how the IT world works and how it all comes together.
