have been testing power station including bluetti, jackery, fossibot, ecoflow and Vtoman Bluetti seem to be the only company who don't engage well with customers non of the marketing departments phone numbers work and the support line won't give out a phone number poor poor service i really wanted to give a 5 star review but feel with level of service 5 week delivery that's impossible
