Poor online service. UNRELAIBLE
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fairprice Online Grocery Delivery. I placed an order on 16/12/24 adn this was to be delivered between 4-6pm., Not only did the delivery never arrived but there was no calls or information regarding the non delivery.., I reached out to customer service only to encounter that the hotline operating hours is only from 9am to 6 pm. When i was able to finally reach the customer service of Fairprice after several attempts, they claimed that the delivery was attempted at 4.59pm but " customer was not in". The condo has a full time day guard and after checking the records, there was no such delivery between 4-6pm. My attempts to reach the customer service supervisor was dismissed. Altogether a bad experience.
