Update... they contacted me and have told me that I don't qualify for a refund!!! All because after a month and some change my dress has not shown up. that I ordered for my daughters wedding that has not came yet!!! I no longer need or want the dress and that should automatically mean when i contacted the company that they should have given me my money back! They should have refunded me especially since I never received the dress. I do not care that it's still on its way. That's their problem! Like I said before this is a scam company and if you read the other reviews they are trying to not have to pay or give people their money back!! The use every excuse which most of them are the same. But doesn't matter if a customer ask for a refund for a product that never came or that it is shit quality which a lot of people have said. The company should automatically give the refund. Even Amazon does this!!!!
