I wish I had read this before I bought their Drive, 32T. I bought two, and the first one didn't work. Then, the second one did, and I transferred my family files, which include 50 years' worth of photos and videos. After the transfer was finished, I checked the Drive, and it seemed okay. I deleted all my files from my PC, as I was sure they were now safe. However, when I tried to open the Drive, the files were empty, just folders, but empty folders. I am devastated. I lost photos and videos of my family's birthdays, weddings, my grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and work. Never again, thanks to TV ads. I will never buy online. I will go to the shop in person.
