Great Customer Service
I had ordered the Node Icon and it was delayed from the manufacturer. After the second delay, I reached out to customer service asking if there was info on when it would ship. They replied promptly. Although they hadn't received the full shipment yet, they did get one in and they said they would have it shipped to me. It arrived 2 days later...awesome. Great customer service....thank you!!!
