I frequently patronize Cynosure (purchasing at least (2) wigs monthly). However, I'm very disappointed with one of my recent wig purchases, the lack of concern for my disappointment, and the lack of rectifying my disappointment. Especially, since my purchase was within their guidelines. Cynosure Hair Brand is pleased to accept exchanges within 30 days after signature.
