Missing peices replaced
I ordered a soccer rebounder from an online auction not through the company. Two of the peices were missing making it unusable. I reached out to the company and the service representative was very helpful in getting the new peices ordered and shipped out in a timely manner. I even accidentally inciuded the wrong address when completing the invoice and she quickly and easily had it changed. I appreciate the help and great customer service! The response rate was super fast. The service was friendly. I highly recommend this company!
