Scam company
Scam company. Really annoyed with myself as I usually check, but it was cleverly done. I thought I was ordering tarte bb cream as advertised on tiktok but once you click to order it takes you to their website to pay and dont realise until after that it is a cheap version from China. The order wasn't shown in my tiktok shop but only as household on my bank account. The items came and were absolutely awful. Cheap crap and half empty. I raised a dispute with PayPal and behene emailed me saying that if I close the paypal case they will refund me and asked not to leave a negative review. I replied saying I would only close the case once refunded. They then said I had to close the case first as PayPal freezes the funds and they wouldnt be able to pay me, which is absolute rubbish. I have now escalated the case with PayPal. Please dont order anything from this company but if you have, don't close any case you have raised against them, tactic used to get out of paying you.
