I purchased a template for a website. The purchase itself was a bit tricky because I had to make fotos of the company's card used. But the customer support was fast and verified my payment quickly. Working with the template itself was easy. Had a short question regarding updating the used Plugins, reached out to the customer support and got help within a day.
