When 70% of the Deliveries Are Spoiled...
I opted for the ready-made meals because I travel for work and am often away from my home for a week or so at a time. Bad idea. 2/3 of deliveries are late. And when I say late, I mean well over 24 hours from the delivery date that is on the site, and the email, and everywhere. The only reason I pick the deliveries I do is because of the delivery date - they're flavorless enough (while somehow containing a metric f*ton of sodium) that I wouldn't choose them if I had time for cooking when I'm gone for work. To those who live in a warm climate, if they arrive on time, they're *barely* out of the danger zone, so if they're over 24 hours later, they're not fresh - though those CSRs, they'll swear up and down they're still good. It's awful paying $90 to throw all that food away because its not safe to consume - but its insulting that the CSR's are like, "naw, you're good. I can give you a $10 credit???" I don't want a credit. I want accurate delivery info - proper packaging, and a team that doesn't see an issue with SO MUCH FOOD BEING THROWN AWAY.
