I am enjoying moving at the pace I am able, without pressure. I like the short videos, when I feel intimidated I simply watch a short video - move the needle and take one more step. With the company having an honest & moral foundation, optimism, relaxed goals, & building me to success by challenging the beliefs within me - it helps me observe the beliefs blocks of myself gently, pushing through what would have discouraged me in other opportunities.
