Can you please give me an update regarding order 113281SB I’ve emailed the help@paul-rich email twice now with no response and it’s been over 2 weeks since my last email. The customer service is genuinely appalling for the price of these watches. The app to track the product just says preparing shipment and it’s been that way since it was ordered on 1st December. Update; I’ve had an email today stating the order has been cancelled. I did not request to cancel this and I’ve had no contact whatsoever to advise why it has been done.
