Poor company practices
I purchased their product for $34, waited 1 1/2 months for it to arrive and it doesn’t fit. Instead of offering me a full refund the best they can offer me is $7. Representative’s email response I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. 7USD is really the highest compensation I can give you within my ability. I really hope you accept it. We will also strive to do better and better. The product is described as having a universal for but doesn’t meet their claim. They claim to have awesome awesome customer service. Website claims for product Universal Fit – Fits any leaf blower with a 2–4 inch circular nozzle. 😊Awesome Customer Service My requests to be placed in contact with a supervisor have gone unanswered.
