FWD is really slow in Claims
FWD is really slow in Claims. I submitted my claims 2 months already with numerous email chaser and telephone calls but still no response. On 9th Nov submitted via their website. No response. Called them and they said never received and give me an email on 19th Nov. Now is 23rd Dec and still chasing
