Proper shipping instructions
Well, first for some reason you didn't receive what I collected at 8 weeks, prior to the puppies leaving then, when, the puppy went home (after a few weeks there was no result available I could share with the owner) so she phoned me and I asked you to send a new kit directly to their address, (which I gave you yet it came to me). I forwarded it via US mail...to her and she after a couple weeks hasn't let me know that she is satisfied.... Please advise.
