Couldn’t recommend this company more! We are in the UK and used Park Prodigy to buy our Universal tickets. The service has been prompt and informative with emails updating on the process of purchasing the tickets and checking key information. We received a detailed confirmation with explanations about how to print our tickets. Since then, we’ve been in touch with them again to discuss fast passes. They have been absolutely brilliant explaining how useful they might be for a young family and which rides we would be best to consider the passes for - they’ve not been pushy to sell tickets at all, instead giving us really honest advice. Great company!!
