Appalling Service and Unfulfilled Promises
I ordered a scooter with the assurance of a 2-day delivery. Not only did it fail to arrive on time, but I was also unable to track its whereabouts. My emails to the company went unanswered, leaving me in the dark. I was informed Eventually, that the scooter was out of stock in the UK and that it would now be shipped from Germany, incurring an additional £60 or more in shipping fees. This unexpected charge was unacceptable, and my subsequent emails expressing concern were ignored. When I finally received a response, I was told the scooter would arrive in a few days. However, those days passed without delivery, and my further complaints were once again disregarded. Adding insult to injury, I received an email prompting me to review the product I had yet to receive. Now, I'm apparently waiting for a letter instructing me to pay additional shipping charges.This entire experience has been infuriating, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. This was a gift for my teen daughte. This company has my money yet the scooter has still not arrived, they have offered me £10 in compensation. Honesty and a response to my complaints would have been appreciated.
