Customer service don't want a bar of you if your product Is DOA
I received this as a very thoughtful gift from my parents. Watch was DOA. Clock hands run slow, no matter how many times they are calibrated. They promised to send a new one, however I am still yet to receive it weeks later and when I ask for a tracking number I get radio silence. At one point they asked me to return it, I asked for a return satchel (as is the law for warranty returns in Australia under ACL), and again, radio silence. So if you want to get scammed into buying a broken watch and not be able to get your money back - or worse if you're like me and it was a gift they can't even COMPREHEND the fact that the gift giver might live THOUSANDS of KM away from where YOU are. Waste of money.
