It comes from China and takes a long time to ship!
I purchased a watch from Pascal on November 23, expecting it to arrive in 10 days as promised. Unfortunately, as of December 26, I still haven’t received it. This delay ruined my plans, as the watch was intended to be a Christmas present. I tried to be patient, but the missed deadline is very disappointing. I discovered today that the company is in China. If you’re shopping for a gift or time-sensitive purchase, be cautious. I hope Pascal improves its shipping and customer service moving forward.
