Great Customer Support and a Great Product.
I'm a novice when it comes to copying video material, and I had an issue copying a DVD so I contacted customer support for assistance. I emailed them on Christmas day and got a response within 24 hours! Once a setting was changed, the software ran perfectly. Great customer support, and a great product! Highly recommended.
