Opaque policy
Despite the staff of the gym are friendly, their policy is unfortunately not transparent and not good for their own marketing (said by the staff). After I joined the gym, they increased my fee from 43 euros to 51 euros per month. I finally couldn't afford it and decided to cancel it three months after the rise. I *thought* and canceled it since I have already returned the gym tag and they waved me goodbye nicely. Two months later, I realized they are still deducting money from me, and I realized that the contract is only ending after 5 months, which is 4 months longer than my original contract. I have been paying even without having access to the gym! I confirmed with them, and they said if I disagree with the increase, I had to cancel it within a month, and there is nothing they can do. This a-month-deadline is not mentioned at all in the email that notified me about the price increase, and it came from nowhere. My contract is also postponed without being informed. I have written to them about this, and if they give me the same answer, I will file a report to ACM.
