Very Frustrating
It takes too long for the customer to receive their item. Customer has been waiting patiently for the package to arrive. The customer contacted me asking when they will receive their order, hoping he would get it in time for Christmas. The tracking info said it was shipped on December 5th but there is no other updates as to where the item is. I may lose another sale and another customer. This is the second time I have had an issue using Banggood within just a few weeks a part. I wish this company would get their act together. This is very frustrating, especially trying to get my business going.
