Professional experience
I ordered a new battery for my laptop and it arrived just within 14 working days. On arrival I had to add around 9€ in taxes which was paid directly to the courier. I was not aware of that, but it was fine for me. The battery was packed very well and with care and even came with all necessary tools which were needed to change the old to the new one. Unfortunately the battery in the end was not the correct one as for my battery type there are two models with very minor differences. But I have to say, that the return and refund process was handled professionally and quick. A return label was send via email and once my return arrived, they immediately refunded me. So in the end unfortunately it was not the correct battery, which also was my own fault, but they handled everything with professionalism. I am going to order again to get the correct one now.
