Replacement sent quickly
Custom SD card received was defective making my experience with new handheld console disappointing. Contacted customer service and provided proof that the extra money spent for the custom extended capacity SD card did not provide the performance as described on their website. Customer service immediately sent a replacement putting my mind at ease that this company is legitimate and cares about their customers. I have contacted them again to thank them for allowing me to enjoy the handheld console as an avid retro gamer.
