Website inaccurate/poor customer service
Unfortunately my experience with this company was not good at all. I bought an emblem kit for my 2020 Jetta and cannot use it due to mine needs clips and is hallow. Customer service was very unhelpful, I sent them pictures and everything showing the item they sent me was not for a 2020 Jetta so I would like a refund. They ignored my refund request and sent me a list of different items and asked if I wanted them? I explained no I would like to request a refund. They replied again with no acknowledgment that there company screw up and said they will refund the item after I pay to ship it to them in CHINA! What the? I’m already out $141 and now they want me to put out more money? Very unprofessional company and clearly do not care about their customers satisfaction.
