Satisfied with Oopbuy – small issue with one product
Great product quality overall – one small shipping issue I recently placed an order with Oopbuy and have now received my package. The delivery was slightly delayed, but it wasn’t a big issue – just a little later than expected. The packaging was fairly solid. I chose to use corner protection, which helped reduce potential damage. I didn’t select the full protection option, and I can imagine that using it would’ve made the packaging even more secure. When I unpacked the items, I found that most of them were in excellent condition. The overall quality was very good, and I was happy with the products. There was one small issue: the sole on one pair of shoes had started to come loose. A few other items had minor dents, which likely resulted from shipping and could probably have been prevented with better protection. In the end, I’m satisfied with my order from Oopbuy. I submitted this review and my unboxing experience via the company’s app as part of their reward program. I hope Oopbuy will provide either a replacement or some compensation for the slightly damaged shoes. Overall, I’d recommend Oopbuy and would order again – but next time with full protection.
