Poor quality, no right of refund
I ordered 2 'customised' T-shirts, I would question the categorisation of customised, these were T-shirts with a suggested text by the provider for son or daughter, no name of the person other than son or daughter was involved. When they arrived I found that the daughter one was a very intense pink colour, unlike on the website, I knew immediately our daughter would hate the colour. Equally the son one was not the colour on the website either, but not as bad. The overall quality of the T-shirts was poor, given the price, on complaining I basically got nowhere. Note to all, if items are classed as customised then your basic right of return and refund are severely customised. On complaining I was asked to send photos, I sent them 3 times, each time to be told not received. I sent them from a different email, no confirmation of receipt. Ultimately, from an order of £44.95 I received £8.20 back. I believe this was only given because I said I was going to do a charge back at my bank, so this would prevent me doing a charge back. This could have been handled so much better. I would never buy from this company / person again.
