Unprofessional Driver
I avail their service in the Philippines via Booking.com and this makes me re-think using this such of service for airport pick up. It’s very disappointing and stressful. Not a very good experience as when the service finished, the driver Roldan have asked me on a private message to give him extra money and even blame me as he have to cancel his other booking because of the waiting time. My baggage came a bit later and overall, I was delayed for 20 mins due to the plane not landing on time and baggage claim takes longer. It was very stressful as he been forcing me and felt harass that a couple days after, he even follow up to send him the money, this after a conversation with the operator about his attitude. Not very professional. I would just recommend to not avail of their service, rather just hail a grab or uber outside the airport which is much convenient and stress-free. I am a bit scared now that the driver will keep messaging me and ask for money which I felt it was not my fault in the first place as the luggage came a bit later. Also during the trip, he was a bit rude as I asked the question on how long the trip will be and he just ignore it. I’m happy to give him extra tip, if only he told me upfront so I have able prepare before the ride finishes. Also he was not good on navigation as we went on circle 3x before he see the drop off point, this in-spite of telling him to slow down and pointing him the drop off.
