Fast, Friendly, Professional
I had rapid response time, within 20-60 minutes from a Flarejoy representative regarding my order on both occasions. They were able to provide updates when an order needed to be fulfilled in segments or when it might take slightly longer than expected. Overall I never waited more than a couple of hours for delivery. They were more than happy to check their current stock before I placed my order so I could be assured of fast delivery. Will be back!
