I recently purchased a 3D printer from this company, and while my initial experience was positive, there were some significant hiccups that I feel need addressing. After placing my order, I was informed that the item was out of stock, which was quite disappointing, especially since this wasn’t indicated on their website prior to purchase. Additionally, I found the customer service response lacking. When I reached out for clarification, I received a vague reply stating that the item would likely be available in “probably a week.” This level of communication didn’t provide me with the assurance I was hoping for. Overall, I believe there’s room for improvement in transparency and customer support. As I look towards 2025, I’m left feeling uncertain about my experience with this company. I hope they can enhance their processes for future customers.
