Hangzhou denghong technology did an unauthorized withdrawl of $33 dollars this morning. I spent all day emailing back and forth with someone named Kai. They wanted me to go through many steps to get to refund page. I told them I was having difficulty, I was told to send withdrawl information. Still nothing done. I asked for phone number which they refused to give me. I even gave them my number, still no help. I’m very frustrated, feel I’ve been patronized all day. Be aware of this company, they pretend to help but really don’t.
