SingSaver Dear all , Please you might not receive your rewards , think twice when you apply through SingSaver. This is my first time applying through SingSaver on June 2024 for HSBC . I’m so sure I fulfilled all the criteria and waited for the confirmation email from SingSaver to fill up the rewards form . However after 4-5 months of waiting I still don’t get it , I tried to call they customer service team but there is no response , neither there is any other platform for me to call to verify . So I have to continue to wait for the email since all my friend says their rewards email is usually so slow and sometimes it could take half a year to receive . After 6 months of waiting I couldn’t wait anymore , so I tried to call HSBC which they told me they didn’t include me in the welcome gift offer while I met all the criteria but because I didn’t choose the consent of marketing contact. Which I feel this is ridiculous, and it’s a scam for us to apply the credit card . After 2 months of liaising with HSBC , they told me they couldn’t help on this as the welcome gift is providing by SingSaver itself, they simply offer me something much cheaper that the original rewards which is a luggage or $250 cash back . So dear all, think twice before you want to sign up through SingSaver. Thanks all I can advise :) Good day
