Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service
I had a disappointing experience with this store. I ordered a dress that looked beautiful and high-quality in the pictures on their website. However, the item I received was clearly a cheap imitation made from low-quality materials, with poor stitching and an overall appearance that didn’t match the advertised product at all. It is evident that the photos on their website are taken from another company, and the product they send is a poorly made replica. When I reached out to their customer service for a return, they offered me only $5 as compensation for a $57 dress or required me to pay expensive shipping costs to return the item to China. They also mentioned potential customs issues, which felt like an attempt to discourage me from returning the product. This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that the products they order will match the descriptions and photos on the website. I would not recommend this store to anyone and urge others to be cautious when purchasing from them.
