Booked online
Booked online, received a "Saved Cart" with a FINAL price. Called in to pay, was imediately told that the price given was for "Commercial only", even though at the website it allows me to chose "HOME Remodel" and they had my address which is inside a subdivision. The "booking agent" was very rude and misinformed, insisted that this was "user error" and would not own up. quoted me a price that was $130 higher and 1 day shorter. Eventually he just hung up on me. I'd rather pay twice as much for ANYONE else than ever do business with someone as arrogant and misinformed as this guy was. FYI, they are just a broker agency who matches you with local providers. Edit: Got a call from a manager, he was very nice and apologized for the behavior from the previous rep. Hopefully they'll fix their system.
