Unethical business practices, non disclosure of shipping time, returns to China,
I purchased what was supposed to be a size 9 shoe. The shoe was delivered without the size noted and took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The shoe was actually size 9.5! They offered a ridiculous 10% refund and told me that I should give the item as a gift and provided a return address that was in China. I was expected to return the item at MY COST! Absolutely unethical.
