Avoid Springboard at all costs
Avoid Springboard at all costs. This company is a complete scam. The Head of Admissions, Justin, will charm you into signing up, but once you’re in, communication is nonexistent. You’re left dealing with unhelpful Zendesk employees who take forever to respond with vague, useless answers—if they even bother to get back to you at all. I requested a refund after my disastrous experience, and it was a nightmare. First, they claimed it would take 45 days. When the time passed, they blamed a “glitch” and asked me to wait another 3-10 days—only to ultimately deny the refund altogether. Now I’m involving my bank to resolve this mess. The content they charge $8-10k for is laughable—completely outdated and freely available online. Their so-called “mentors” and “career counselors” are unprofessional and unhelpful, constantly rescheduling and offering useless advice like suggesting entry-level IT Help Desk jobs. You’d be better off watching free Professor Messer videos and using LinkedIn Learning. Their “labs,” which they market as exclusive, are actually from INFOSEC and can be purchased directly for around $100. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy on this fraudulent company.
