Finally Connected with Someone Who Knew the Solution
I've been having connection problems with Tradovate for the past three days and contacted TPT support several times on different days and at different hours. Unfortunately, none of the support agents I chatted with were able to resolve the issue. Most of the responses felt like copy-and-paste templates, which was frustrating and didn't address the actual problem. My experience changed when I was connected with Eghie Brandon. It was immediately clear that Eghie understood the issue and knew what to do. He stayed with me throughout the troubleshooting process instead of leaving me waiting for long periods, and he was able to resolve the problem. TPT should recognize the difference in service quality here. Eghie provided the kind of knowledgeable and responsive support customers expect. I hope the rest of the support team receives the same level of training so customers don't have to go through multiple unsuccessful support sessions before reaching someone who can actually help.
