I used Fotor for a year. It was a great experience. Would highly recommend. I needed to pause, so I canceled the autorenewal but after the date of payment and got autocharged. I contacted them explaining the problem and mentioned that I havent used any credits. They promptly address the grievance and refunded the amount. Really helpful.
