Bad experience with the driver
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the driver who was not waiting at Arrivals, but was prompting us to go all over airport that we are not familiar with to find some other exit in Departure section where he was. This would not be such an issue if he was able to properly explain where we need to go and above all of he was not rude and unprofessional from the beginning. So, we spent an hour trying to figure out where to go, the communication with him was terrible. After he finally found us, his comment was “how you couldn’t find, it is easy”. Luckily, the company support team reacted and we managed to sort it out. Not to sound arrogant, but we booked the most expensive option, and were treated really poorly and also the car they sent was not on the level of that price.
